As repression is ramped up to stifle protest against the genocide in Gaza and Israel inflicts famine on top of slaughter, the socialist movement needs to answer the question ‘What's next?’
Everyone fighting for liberation sees the far-right digging into communities so the question has become even more urgent. Trans people and migrants face their ire first, but history shows us that fascism comes for all progressives.
And the backdrop of climate chaos and a capitalist system in crisis show no sign of abating. It is time for a reckoning. Time to link up the struggles facing us all and mount the kind of fight needed to win a new world.
