Europe and the US are split. That is the significance of the row at the White House and summit in London over the weekend.

Britain, France, and Germany are former colonial powers who have no right to dictate. The last time we had a ‘coalition of the willing’ was in Iraq and it led to the death of tens of thousands of innocent civilians.
Our job in Ireland is to stop this government from getting rid of the Triple Lock so they can further erode our neutrality.
They know that they will never get UN sanctions for their missions because of the divisions between the big powers. They want to be a full part of the European imperialist project. This is why they want to send Irish troops into Ukraine. They will pretend it is for ‘non-lethal purposes’ and keep talking about ‘military neutrality’. But this is just the sugar-coating as they do their bit for imperialism.
