Family of Abrar Nesreden deeply concerned about his disappearance
Says Garda investigation is moving too slow
Abrar Nesreden went missing over a week ago on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 and was last seen in Tallaght Dublin 24 at the Tesco Express near the Cookstown Luas Stop.
He is approximately 6 foot 2 inches in height, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black trousers with white stripes down both sides, a black jacket, a black baseball cap and glasses with black frames.
Abrar’s brother, Anwar Nesreden says, 'We are extremely worried about Abrar as his mental health was not good when we last spoke to him. We feel the Garda are not accessing CCTV footage quickly enough to determine his direction of travel. Since last week they have only accessed one camera’s footage. We are urging them to please speed up the investigation.'
Paul Murphy TD adds, 'We urge the public to please share any information they might have about Abrar’s disappearance. His family is desperately worried about him and want him home safe.'
