Paul Murphy Comments on High Court Verdict on Super Junior Ministers Action

Deputy Murphy's High Court action sought a declaration by the High Court that the attendance of ‘Super Junior’ Ministers at Cabinet breaches the provisions of the Constitution which limits the number of Ministers to 15 and which provides that the Cabinet shall act confidentially and collectively.
